Responsibilities

Plans and develops various sized projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates project production internally as well as coordinates with other disciplines and sub-consultants
Prepares proposals and contracts for mid-sized projects under the oversight of a Senior Project Manager
Reviews project billing and fee management as applicable, coordinating with the Accounting team on payments and outstanding invoices
Serves as the primary client liaison, guiding projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction
Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates staff assignments across projects of varying size and complexity
Assists with QA/QC reviews during project production for small- to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with current building codes, office standards, and client requirements
Represents the interests, concerns, and challenges of the project team, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to address and resolve issues efficiently

Required

5-12+ years of professional experience
Proficiency in Revit is required
A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
Has experience, a good understanding and knowledge of building code and other design standards as well as an interest in developing and maintaining quality drawings, and efficiencies within the office
Experience leading a project team and client presentations
Possesses a well-rounded knowledge of the design/production and construction process

Preferred

Experience in relative project types preferred but not required
