Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities
Conduct pricing, margin, and profitability analyses using established models and methodologies
Support the development of pricing recommendations by analyzing costs, margins, competitive benchmarks, and customer trends
Assist with new product pricing, list price updates, and discount structure analysis
Prepare routine and ad‑hoc pricing reports that monitor performance against targets (margin, revenue, volume)
Identify variances, inconsistencies, or risks in pricing data and escalate findings with clear analytical support
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
Maintain pricing tools, databases, and price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Support pricing governance processes, including approvals, documentation, and audit readiness
Assist in improving pricing processes through standardization, documentation, and automation
Partner with Commercial, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to support pricing and financial initiatives
Participate in pricing reviews and internal discussions to gain exposure to strategic decision‑making
Continuously build knowledge of pricing principles, market dynamics, and internal systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
1–3 years experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or related business analysis roles preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
Comfortable working with large datasets and validating data accuracy
Preferred
Exposure to financial or analytical tools (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools, pricing software) a plus
