New Grad, Entry LevelFoxconn Industrial Internet (FII) is seeking a Debug Technician to troubleshoot and repair failures in electronic products and systems. The role involves conducting tests, diagnosing root causes, and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure production quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Tests the server/computer tray to meet specified requirements
Troubleshoots, debugs, and determines root cause at multiple system levels for customer devices and analyzes circuits and topologies to identify marginal failure root causes
Repairs for failing devices
Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose the root cause and recommend corrective action
Monitor ORT (on-going reliability tests) /RDT (reliability demonstration tests) and report issues to Test Engineers
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with design and manufacturing teams to investigate hardware issues down to the component level
Document procedure, follow SOPs
Assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programs
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple internal engineering disciplines (HW, SW, Diags, Quality, Product, Mechanical, Materials, Reliability) to resolve complex hardware issues
Assist Test Engineers with test station setup and other processes including modeling, pre-pilot, and pilot runs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to read test logs
Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX
Ability to work with switches, network equipment, etc
Some experience with computer hardware like CPUs, NIC, Memory, etc
Must be able to adapt to stressful situations and complete projects under tight deadlines
Electronic Assembly: Schematics, PCB point to point wiring; Cables: connector/ wire soldering; oscilloscope, cable & harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer; Inspection: PCB loaded, components, cable/harness, microscope
