Responsibilities

Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS), including configuration and troubleshooting
Strong expertise in GlobalProtect VPN setup, maintenance, and user support
Proficient in Cisco switching and routing technologies
In-depth knowledge of LAN technologies such as VLANs, trunking, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
Working knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
Familiarity with SD-WAN concepts and solutions
Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Strong understanding of network security principles, standards, and best practices
