They are seeking a Growth Principal to own lead acquisition and increase online transactions among ICP customers, utilizing AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and operationalize ICP criteria into a measurable system (rules first; AI-assisted over time)
Improve lead quality through segmentation, enrichment, and scoring (industry fit, role, geography, business model, “can buy/can sell” signals, etc.)
Own the funnel from Lead → MQL → SQL, including definitions, routing, and SLA handoffs with Sales
Build and run scalable acquisition motions (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, SEO/content, events/webinars, lifecycle reactivation—based on what works for this market)
Reduce time wasted on non-ICP leads by implementing automation and guardrails
Design lifecycle journeys by segment (onboarding, activation, reactivation, education, expansion)
Build education assets that change behavior (playbooks, templates, “how to transact online”, webinars/office hours, in-product nudges, email/WhatsApp sequences)
Partner with CS/Ops/Sales to execute adoption strategies that increase online transaction frequency and stickiness
Create and iterate on “value proof” messaging (why online beats analog: speed, accuracy, tracking, payment flow, network benefits, etc.)
Identify and implement loops that increase online orders (e.g., triggers after quotes, post-order workflows, incentives, proof loops, success story loops, peer benchmarking)
Build adoption programs tailored to account characteristics (different strategies for different segments, maturity, volumes, etc.)
Establish repeatable playbooks that teams can run at scale
Build communities or structured programs that increase trust + education + repeat transacting (private groups, regular sessions, user councils, peer learning)
Turn community insights into lifecycle improvements and product feedback
Use AI and automation to reduce operational load and improve relevance: lead enrichment + classification (ICP vs non-ICP), personalization at scale for outreach and lifecycle, segmentation and campaign generation, summarization of learnings + playbook creation
Evaluate tools, implement workflows, and measure the impact (time saved + conversion lift)
Instrument and monitor the funnel and adoption metrics; identify drop-offs
Run structured experimentation (hypothesis → test → learn → scale)
Build dashboards and weekly insights on what moved online transaction behavior

Required

2–4+ years in growth, lifecycle, revops, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS ops
Hands-on execution: segmentation, campaigns, basic automation, reporting
Strong writing + analytical mindset; learns fast; ships consistently
5–8+ years owning growth outcomes (activation/adoption/retention/transactions, not just lead gen)
Strong systems thinker: can design end-to-end programs, align teams, and scale playbooks
Deep lifecycle + experimentation ability; comfortable with ambiguity; high ownership
Proven experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) including automation, segmentation, lifecycle, reporting
Comfortable building workflows with automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n or similar)
Strong data literacy (funnels, cohorts, conversion analysis; SQL is a plus, not required)
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred

Preferred

Experience with marketplace/network adoption (moving behavior from offline → online)
Community building in B2B (structured programming with measurable outcomes)
SEO/programmatic content and/or outbound sequencing at scale
Familiarity with LATAM + US B2B operating contexts
