Responsibilities

Support TransUnion’s Alternative Data and it’s day to day operational function
Help monitor and evolve the fundamental capabilities to manage and the performance, health, and quality of all Alternative Data Sources and Furnishers
Provide a high level of customer service through solving customer problems and diffusing escalated matters. The ideal candidate is adept at documenting and assessing the root cause of issues, and utilizing the information to ensure future issue avoidance. Maintain high standards of communication and service to all customers
Audit reported data and work in partnership with customers to ensure accurate and timely updates
Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide relevant solutions
Act as the internal point of contact for issues with data sources
The ideal candidate is adept at documenting and assessing the root cause of issues and utilizing the information to ensure future issues are avoided while maintaining high standards of communication and service to all customers
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of professional experience in customer facing or operations role in reporting management
Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation (desire to help others)
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset
Previous support of customer integration projects
Previous experience with – Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent analytical skills
Power BI and/or Tableau experience
Experience working in a heavily regulated environment is a plus
