Responsibilities
This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays & Thursdays
We are seeking a Test Lead to support our Product Development Line for NFT Life BSA initiatives
This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions through effective test planning, execution, and automation
Qualification
Required
Key skills: - TOSCA, Automation
Proven expertise in TOSCA automation tools
Strong SQL knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working in agile development environments
Preferred
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TOSCA test automation and a solid understanding of Life Insurance products and processes
Familiarity with Life Insurance business domains preferred (e.g., Whole Life, Term Life, Universal Life)
TOSCA Automated Specialist 1 (AS1), TOSCA Automated Specialist 2 (AS2), or other related designations are preferred
