Responsibilities
Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, relevant communication that avoids generic templates
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our teaching accelerates learning, and which families benefit most
Managing the complete admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision calls and onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS data for weekly reporting and analysis, particularly in HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
Demonstrated track record in handling selective enrollment from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
Outstanding communication abilities, including written correspondence, presentations, and individual engagement
Comfort working with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and precision in execution
Currently located in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
Work authorization for the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in elite K–12 independent school or selective college admissions
Experience delivering high-touch, high-conversion enrollment events
Proficiency with analytics, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based educational frameworks
