Champion of team culture across Brand, Content, and Culture and US Marketing
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in Marketing or related field required, either in-house or at an agency
Proven experience developing integrated communication strategies and campaigns
Successful people and project leadership and management
Strategic brand building. Unlock creative innovation, fan truths and cultural opportunities (brief writing, creative analysis and feedback, tactical ideation, program measurement)
Interdisciplinary collaboration. Manage campaign complexity and work cross-functionally to problem solve. Successful and strong integrated agency management skills
Strategic thinking. Positively influences key stakeholders (peers and agencies)
Leadership and owner/operator orchestration
Creative excellence acumen
Knowledge of cultural landscape, Gen-Z and Gen-A audiences
Field knowledge
Proven ability to show up with integrity, collaborate with generosity, and make the work (and the people) better every day
