Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound phone calls to teachers within an assigned school territory
Develop new business by generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, referrals, email outreach, and networking
Follow up on inbound leads from the website and lead generation team and convert them into active sales opportunities
Guide educators through the sales process using proven talk tracks and established sales practices
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, including daily and weekly activity and forecast reporting
Prepare action plans and schedules to prioritize outreach and territory activity
Complete client needs assessments and prepare proposals aligned with group requirements
Present program proposals to educators and school stakeholders
Host informational meetings with parents, students, and administrative groups as needed
Maintain and grow profitability within the assigned territory
Operate as a knowledgeable resource on available programs and offerings
Identify product and market trends and recommend solutions to meet market demand
Recommend territories that may benefit from targeted marketing campaigns

Required

Authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness and availability to make frequent outbound phone calls daily
Previous experience in phone-based sales, outbound calling, telesales, or customer-facing sales preferred
Experience tracking leads, activities, or pipelines using CRM systems preferred
Proficiency with basic computing tools, including MS Office and CRM applications
Availability for some seasonal evening or weekend work
