Responsibilities

Cultivating Strategic Thought Leadership: You will manage a team of Account Managers, setting high standards for performance marketing expertise. You'll coach your team to move beyond "monitoring" and into "consulting," ensuring every direct report meets their quarterly growth and retention goals
Accelerating the Growth Pipeline: You are accountable for the expansion of our existing book. You will oversee the strategic planning and execution of upsells, vertical diversifications, and supply-mix optimizations across your team's portfolio
Driving Post-Sale Excellence: You'll stay close to the most critical phases of the account lifecycle from Day 1 of spend including financial restructuring and contract renewals for high-value partners
Scaling through Data Intelligence: You will oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, monitoring shifts in key metrics and performance trends. You'll ensure your team delivers executive-level reviews that don't just report on the past but provide a blueprint for the future
Championing Operational Excellence: You will implement quarterly account plans that align with our revenue targets. You'll ensure forecasting accuracy and maintain a robust "upsell pipeline" that reflects the true potential of our US Growth book
Bridging the Sales-to-AM Gap: You'll partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure new business is onboarded with the right expectations. You, along with your AM Team Lead Peers will be the "Guiding Light" that ensures campaigns are built for long-term delivery and massive scale from Day 1

Qualification

Required

3+ years in Digital Media Account Management
Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Managers
