Business Analyst
Glansa Associates is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with specialized expertise in Field Service Lightning. The role involves analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements for field service operations and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders, documenting them in BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories (Agile/Scrum)
Configure and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning features, including service territories, scheduling policies, work rules, operating hours, and inventory management
Analyze current state and future state, creating process flows to optimize work order lifecycles, dispatcher efficiency, and technician mobile app usability
Act as the primary interface between business users and the technical team to ensure solutions meet strategic goals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
At least 2 years focused directly on Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Deep understanding of FSL functionality, specifically on Inventory Management
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including JIRA or similar backlog management tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
