Responsibilities
Assess clients' estate planning needs through consultations
Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Provide legal guidance on asset protection and business formation
Stay updated on relevant estate planning laws and best practices
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the state bar where you practice
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning
Strong understanding of wills, trusts, and estates
Proficiency in virtual consultations and technology
Proficient in drafting wills and trusts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice
Preferred
Experience in business formation and asset protection is a plus
