Responsibilities
Lead and support engineering projects across multiple functional teams and business units
Manage and coordinate project activities using enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SAP
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, operations, procurement, and quality
Support capital asset management and project cost tracking where applicable
Provide technical input for design, analysis, and problem-solving in industrial and heavy equipment environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
7–10 years of professional experience in one or more of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial or Chemical Plants, Heavy Equipment Design or Manufacturing
Demonstrated experience in project management across functional groups and organizations
Hands-on experience with enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SAP
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
Familiarity with project cost management, charge-outs, and capital asset management
