Quality and Training Analyst

Saint Luke's is a faith-based, nonprofit health system in Kansas City, and they are seeking a Quality and Training Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to train Epic revenue cycle classes, develop training curriculum, and support process improvement initiatives for billing workflows.

Responsibilities

Train Epic revenue cycle classes
Develop and deliver training curriculum and education resources
Class scheduling logistics
Support process improvement initiatives for billing workflows, auditing and work queue resolution
Liaison role for leadership with IT and end users
Lead the design and development of education programs
Conduct training to facilitate end user competency and productivity in the use of information technologies for revenue cycle applications
Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions using automation
Work with Systems Management for appropriate modifications
Maintain build requirements for the training environment
Communicate system and process updates
Develop supporting education materials to achieve desired results for revenue cycle operations
Participate on project teams
Proactively transfer application training knowledge with team members

Required

3-5 years of applicable experience
Bachelor's Degree
Expertise and knowledge of Revenue Cycle applications and processes
Ability to translate expertise into solutions
Experience in designing and developing education programs
Ability to conduct training to facilitate end user competency and productivity
Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and solutions using automation
Ability to communicate system and process updates
Experience in maintaining build requirements for the training environment
Ability to work collectively with IT, training teams, and leadership
Ability to actively participate on project teams
Ability to proactively transfer application training knowledge with team members
Must reside in the KC Metro
