Responsibilities
You will receive, scan and research all incoming mail items. This includes documenting by uploading items into FileNet and opening appropriate tasks in mortgage servicing system for resolution
You will assume responsibility for all department check printing and review processes
You will assist both servicing sites with various support functions such as: facility requests, floor plan updates, scheduling and coordinating department meetings
Qualification
Required
Completion of high school or GED
1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding and ability to integrate servicing procedure and department guidelines with regard to mortgage mail processing
Understanding of mortgage loan and mortgage banking policies and procedures
Excellent PC skills to include MS Excel and Word programs
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communications and good mathematical skills
Requires advanced research and problem solving skills
