Responsibilities

Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, precise messaging that avoids generic templates
Conducting campus tours and informational sessions that demonstrate exactly how and why our approach accelerates learning, and for whom it's designed
Managing the complete admissions cycle, from application intake and shadow day coordination to decision conversations and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly performance reviews, primarily in HubSpot
Iterating on admissions collateral, standard procedures, and frequently asked questions informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years managing full-cycle admissions at a selective, tuition-based academic institution

Ease and credibility when engaging high-net-worth families and discerning decision-makers
Disciplined operational approach, including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), time management, and meticulous follow-through
Currently based in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in prestigious K–12 independent schools or selective university admissions
Track record delivering high-engagement, high-conversion events
Proficiency with analytics, KPIs, and evidence-based strategy adjustments
Exposure to AI-enabled or mastery-based learning environments
