Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and messaging in partnership with stakeholders, grounded in a deep understanding of the business and industry
Gather feedback from editors, content managers, and subject‑matter experts; refine content while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and brand standards
Conduct research and stay current on industry trends, products, and emerging financial wellness topics
Provide thoughtful editorial feedback to peers and serve as a mentor to less‑experienced writers
Lead content creation from planning through final delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives
Contribute to content strategy discussions, helping shape scope, requirements, and timelines
Adapt to feedback from reviewers while protecting message integrity and content effectiveness
Teach and uphold writing standards and style guidelines
Participate in special initiatives and other writing or editorial work as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of relevant professional writing experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated excellence in B2B copywriting, preferably within financial or regulated industries
Portfolio showcasing digital, long-form, and promotional work
Preferred
