Responsibilities

Observing teachers and support staff at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group formats
Working directly with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress within learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective methods for the broader staff
Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and illustrate exemplary facilitation practices for staff observers
Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm that academic benchmarks are achieved
Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions

Required

Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related field involving youth or adults
At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
Hands-on experience working with children aged 5-14 in educational or youth development contexts

Preferred

Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
