Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshop sessions by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and maintaining pacing and group dynamics
Driving student participation using chat engagement, verbal affirmations, personalized nudges, and one-on-one check-ins
Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and socially connected throughout their daily schedule
Supporting lead facilitators with operational logistics that enable seamless session delivery
Serving as a reliable, familiar presence across student clubs and life-skills programming
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by keeping students engaged, organized, and motivated across all workshop activities
Qualification
Required
Available to begin employment on August 1, 2026
Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leadership roles
Educational history within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have completed schooling in one of these countries
Excellent communication abilities and high proficiency with digital collaboration tools
Energetic, student-centered demeanor with strong organizational skills and attention to smooth execution
Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Open to working in a hybrid capacity based in Arizona
