Responsibilities
Leads the development and coordination of the annual operating budget across departments and regions
Manages rolling forecasts and provides variance analysis to support proactive financial decision-making
Supports the creation and maintenance of the strategic long-range financial plan
Collaborates with regional finance and operational teams for inputs into the annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic long-range financial plan
Maintains and configures financial planning systems to ensure accurate and efficient budgeting processes
Develops financial models and tools to support planning and forecasting activities
Ensures data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports
Provides training and support to users of financial planning systems
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Three (3) or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Proficiency in financial planning systems and tools (e.g., Strata, Oracle, Workday Planning)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities
Knowledge of healthcare budgeting and reimbursement models
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in pediatric healthcare financial planning
CPA, CHFP, FHFMA
