Southco, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital, Marketing Operations & Communications to lead the evolution of their global digital experience and marketing execution capabilities. Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve the global digital customer experience across website and digital touchpoints
Lead website and UX transformation initiatives
Define and execute the future-state CMS and digital platform strategy
Lead global content, creative, and campaign execution across channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging while enabling local adaptation
Build and lead scalable marketing operations, agencies, and shared services
Establish operating processes, governance, and vendor management
Establish end-to-end marketing performance and ROI analytics
Connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Build and lead a global digital and marketing operations team
Partner closely with Product, Sales Enablement, IT, and regional leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or marketing operations
5+ years in senior leadership roles in B2B or global environments
Proven experience leading digital and marketing transformation initiatives
Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to travel 25% of the year
