Responsibilities
Review and reconcile IT invoices based on data entered in the project management tool
Verify labor invoices against timesheets to ensure compliance with accounting policies
Analyze contracts and statements of work for relevant details
Create contracts or purchase requisitions based on information from statements of work
Collaborate with vendors to monitor aging items and ensure timely payment of invoices
Work alongside the Project Management Team to facilitate smooth operations
Assist with internal and external audit requests and ensure compliance with internal control policies
Gather information from business partners to support accruals and adjustments
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong proficiency in reconciling invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial processes
Experience with Planview and Ariba software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a plus
Prior experience in the retail industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
