Senior Purchasing Analyst
Station Casinos is a prominent player in the hospitality industry, and they are seeking a Senior Purchasing Analyst to support their Purchasing organization. Responsibilities
Support the Purchasing organization by delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and system support that improves compliance, service levels, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
Partner directly with property Operations, Finance, IT, and consulting SMEs to translate business needs into requirements, coordinate testing and refinement, enable user adoption, and support building of low-code workflows/alerts and AI-enabled tools through evaluation, pilot, governance, and rollout
Focus on requirements, testing, adoption, and operational enablement while complex integrations and technical builds are owned by IT/implementation partners
Deliver reporting and analytics (dashboards, KPIs, ad-hoc analysis; BI tool + advanced Excel)
Enable automation and AI through low-code workflows/alerts; assist with AI tool evaluation/design, pilot, and adoption
Provide project support for new properties and future openings (testing coordination, data readiness, training readiness)
Serve as a primary point of contact for Purchasing system questions and issues; intake, triage, and coordinate resolution with IT and consulting SMEs
Support Oracle Cloud (including Redwood UI) adoption through test support, issue logging, job aids, and end-user enablement
Develop training materials and deliver training sessions; support change management communications and adoption tracking
Develop and maintain standard dashboards and KPIs for Purchasing and property Operations (compliance, cycle time, price variance, supplier performance, exceptions)
Create repeatable data extracts and datasets; define KPI logic and basic data dictionary elements to enable self-service reporting
Configure and maintain low-code workflows/alerts (e.g., triggers, forms, approvals, notifications) in partnership with IT/SMEs; complex integrations and RPA/bot development are owned by IT/implementation partners
Test and harden before deployment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing operations, ERP support, business analysis, or analytics roles with measurable deliverables
Advanced Excel capability (Power Query, PivotTables, data validation; comfort working with large datasets)
Hands-on experience using a BI tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) to create dashboards and repeatable reporting
Working knowledge of relational data concepts (tables, joins, keys) and data quality troubleshooting / cleaning
Preferred
Oracle Cloud Procurement (or similar ERP) experience, including exposure to UAT, imports, and reporting (Oracle Reporting tools: OTBI / BI Publisher)
Experience supporting system deployments, upgrades, or UI transitions (e.g., Oracle Redwood [new user interface]) including change management activities
Experience with workflow and low-code / no-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, ServiceNow workflows, or similar; RPA exposure a plus)
Experience with Smartsheet (or similar work management tools) for intake tracking, project support, and status reporting
Hospitality, gaming, or multi-site operations experience
