Responsibilities
Connect with and add to our collaborative, agile team and quickly develop a deep understanding of our tech stack
Wrap your head around Thyme Care's business model and success metrics, and develop a deep empathy for the challenges our clinical care team faces in supporting members
Independently plan, build, and deliver multiple features within the Thyme Box product, from concept through launch and iteration
Partner closely with Product to scope experiments and shape new product ideas that improve outcomes for our members
Play a key role in building the technology that enables our care team to surface ancillary benefit programs and services more efficiently
Help create an intuitive user interface that allows our care team to triage patient touch points, from hospitalizations to changes in chemotherapy
Integrate and surface data from multiple sources to give the care team timely, actionable insights into their patients' needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience building, shipping, and supporting software in production
Experience working in fast-paced, early stage environments
Strong experience with web development
Experience building single-page applications in stacks similar to Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres
Ownership of features from idea to production, including design, implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements
Collaboration with engineers, product, and cross-functional partners
Ability to clearly communicate technical tradeoffs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience using and contributing to AI tooling that supports developer productivity, code quality, and engineering best practices
Prior experience working in healthcare or health tech
