Senior Staff Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Lead commercial conversations with potential customers, developing compelling pitches for diverse audiences from utility C-suites to asset operation managers
Lead contract negotiations with utility, developer, and C&I customers
Work with cross-functional deal teams (including analytics, policy, finance, and engineering) to guide customers through the sales process and to develop new markets for Form’s technology
Develop and execute on market strategy to allocate team resources toward highest-value opportunities
Serve as a key external liaison between the Form product and the energy industry
Be the “voice of the customer” with internal audiences such as product management and engineering
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or project development in the electric power industry
Demonstrated experience in commercial contracting within the electric power industry
Ability to travel ~25%
Excellent communication and organizational skills
