Responsibilities
Package parts after assembly to stock or ship in accordance with provided work instructions
Dispatch inventory to stock, work-in-process, or shipping
Prepare various reports and documents
Input computer data
Count and verify inventory accuracy
Load and unload trucks via forklift
Responsible for following all establish Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
Knowledge of internal warehouse practices and procedures
Ability to communicate in English with coworkers and people from other departments in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to count accurately
Attention to detail required
Read work orders, sales orders, internal dispatch documents in English
Experience in preparing and completing documents in English as required for dispatching
Microsoft Suite experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be a 'US Person' (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
