Responsibilities
Performing assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
High school graduate/GED
Communication – Ability to read, understand and communicate oral and written instructions in English
Reasoning Ability – Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving parts and equipment variation while maintaining quality expectations. Ability to identify, communicate and trouble shoot problems
Teamwork – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other employees
Computer Skills – Will be required to enter data at a computer terminal
Mathematical Skills – Basic counting and arithmetic skills required
Preferred
Previous assembly experience with small or complex assemblies preferred; 1 - 2 years
Ability to perform in-process inspections and testing preferred; 1 – 2 years
