Responsibilities

Receiving incoming calls from Health Care providers
Solving account issues
Negotiating a solution that will work for both the providers and the organizations we serve
Helping the medical providers with their best options for payment
Assisting them with transactions

Required

Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
Strong desire to achieve goals
Basic computer knowledge/skills; ability to multitask when talking and typing at the same time
Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base
Works well in team settings
