Responsibilities
Design, deploy, configure, and support Cisco ISE (NAC) solutions
Implement and manage 802.1X , MAB, and posture assessment policies
Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and PKI
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) issues
Monitor and maintain network access policies for wired and wireless networks
Work closely with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Support upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Cisco ISE
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Provide operational support and incident resolution as needed
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (NAC)
Strong understanding of network security concepts
Experience with 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, MAB
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS
Experience supporting wired and wireless NAC environments
Ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Cisco certifications (CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or similar)
Experience with Cisco switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
Exposure to Zero Trust or enterprise security frameworks
Experience in large enterprise or multi-site environments
