Responsibilities

Codes and documents software programs in accordance with design specifications
Creates unit and integration test plans
Performs unit and integration testing
Participates in peer code reviews
Supports application deployment
Not specific to all roles but able to accommodate the best suited role of PM, Developer, BA analyst or QA Analyst in an agile project

Required

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, information systems, math, computer science, or a related curriculum
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume
Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall)
Must work onsite; this is not a remote position
Must have reliable transportation
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Precise attention to detail required
Excellent planning, time management and organization skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions
Ability to interpret a variety of technical information
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Good consulting, client relations skills and customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation expertise

Preferred

Knowledge of IT system environments/platforms and development tools preferred
Experience with manual and automated testing preferred
Concepts of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering preferred
Professional experience in quality assurance software testing as part of the development process preferred
Good knowledge of information systems used to support manufacturing to include an understanding of integrated systems
