Responsibilities

Lead and support Quality-focused NPD, process improvement, and infrastructure projects
Provide on-the-floor support for NPD trials and launches
Partner with Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Product Management teams
Track performance metrics and prepare project updates
Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

BS degree required
1+ year of experience in manufacturing or process environments preferred
Hands-on experience with SOPs, work instructions, and process standards
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and lead cross-functional teams
Willingness to work extended hours when needed
ASQ (CQE and/or CMQ/OE) and/or SME Lean certifications
Professional safety certification (as determined by leadership)
