The role involves daily servicing of clients, processing new and renewal business, and maintaining exceptional customer relations. The Account Coordinator is also responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs regarding insurance coverage.

Participates in marketing meetings and attends carrier meetings
Maintains open items checklists/timelines
Prepares certificates of insurance
Responsible for major project deadlines
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts
Interviews clients
Collects and analyzes information regarding the client and assisting in product determinations
Qualification
Required
High school graduate
Willingness to attain state required 4-40 insurance license
Preferred
College degree or equivalent work experience
