Project Manager – Customer Success & Implementations
Recruits Lab is a global leader in life sciences services, and they are seeking a high-energy Project Manager to lead end-to-end service implementations and laboratory relocation projects. The role involves managing complex operational transitions for high-profile pharmaceutical and consumer health clients, ensuring precision and minimal disruption to scientific research.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and post-project review of onsite service implementations and large-scale lab/production relocations
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams (IT, EHS, Facilities, Supply Chain), external vendors, and the customer
Logistics Coordination: Manage equipment moves, material transfers, and staffing alignment to ensure seamless operational continuity
Risk & Compliance: Identify potential project bottlenecks and mitigate risks while ensuring all activities comply with safety, regulatory (GxP), and quality standards
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, status dashboards, and budget updates using SmartSheets or similar PM tools
Site Readiness: Conduct on-site evaluations to align goals and deliverables before implementation begins
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of project management experience specifically focused on service delivery, implementations, or relocations
Previous experience working within Laboratory, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing environments
Proficiency in SmartSheets or equivalent project management software; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate meetings between scientists, executive leadership, and third-party vendors
PMP or equivalent certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
