Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of our UX practice, balancing the optimization of our core SaaS platform with the integration of forward-looking 'Agentic AI' capabilities
Own the design lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will direct the creation of scenarios, wireframes, and prototypes while maintaining the ability to jump in and design alongside your team
Mentor and scale a high-performing team of designers and researchers, fostering a culture obsessed with solving customer problems and continuous improvement
Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure design is a key driver in our product strategy, ensuring technical feasibility without sacrificing user centricity
Operationalize user research to validate complex workflows, ensuring users trust both our traditional tools and new autonomous features

Required

10+ years in UX design with leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
Proven success leading UX teams with a 'player-coach' mentality; you can guide strategy one moment and dive into Figma the next
Experience designing for complex logic or automation is essential
Exposure to AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces is a strong plus
Deep understanding of various web technologies and how to design within an Agile development environment
Exceptional ability to build alignment with executives and articulate how design decisions impact business goals
