Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and achievement
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field
Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity
Strong competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
