Responsibilities
Implementing focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating customized motivational sessions built around gamified literacy achievement markers
Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms using real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within those platforms
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
