Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis and Design
Lead end‑to‑end mapping of current‑state and future‑state business processes using standard methodologies
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in workflows across Sales, Service Delivery, Support, and Billing
Requirements Gathering and Discovery
Facilitate structured discovery sessions with business partners to understand goals, pain points, dependencies, and functional needs
Translate high‑level business objectives into detailed, actionable business requirements and user stories
Partner with SMEs to validate requirements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business priorities
Support prioritization discussions and help define acceptance criteria for proposed enhancements or solutions
Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and clarity of requirements
Coordinate input and approvals across Business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Product, Billing, and Care
Present recommendations, findings, and process improvements to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Facilitate workshops, problem‑solving sessions, and cross‑functional alignment discussions
Project and Change Support
Contribute to project planning, impact assessments, and readiness activities for new tools, enhancements, and process changes
Assist in UAT planning and execution, validating that solutions meet documented business requirements
Support change management activities, including training materials, communications, and process transition support
Road-Mapping and Planning
Develop and maintain business capability roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives, operational needs, and technology delivery schedules
Break down complex initiatives into phased milestones based on business value, dependencies, and development team capacity
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and PMO to align business requirements with release plans, sprint cycles, and long‑term platform evolution
Identify critical path items, risks, and resource constraints that may impact delivery timelines
Drive cross‑functional alignment on sequencing, scope prioritization, and readiness for each milestone
Communicate roadmap updates and milestone progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity around scope, timing, and expected outcomes
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role
Experience in telecommunications or B2B services is a plus
Strong skills in process modeling and process documentation
Demonstrated expertise in leading discovery sessions and translating business needs into structured requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all organizational levels
Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments
Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar
