Responsibilities
CounselLink System Support
Administer and configure CounselLink platform settings
Troubleshoot eBilling and matter management issues
Liaise with vendors and law firms to resolve platform-related concerns
Train internal users and develop support documentation
Project Management
Lead and coordinate legal operations projects involving CounselLink
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business goals
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT departments
Stakeholder Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for CounselLink-related inquiries
Provide onboarding support for new users and law firms
Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with CounselLink or similar legal eBilling platforms
Strong understanding of legal operations and matter management
Project management experience (PMP or similar certification preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with legal billing workflows and vendor management
Experience in corporate law departments or legal tech environments
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
