Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
Monsma Marketing Corporation is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and needs via phone and email promptly and effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge across all lines and updating product knowledge when needed by studying existing product descriptions and attending in-house trainings
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers and other departments when necessary
Understand the needs and expectations of the customers to provide solutions and a positive experience via phone and email communications
Input incoming orders, prepare quotes, and help ensure products are shipped effectively and correctly
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and emails
Support our Outside Sales team with request
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Technical literacy with product research
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or adequate sales experience
Experience in the Hearth industry preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
