They are seeking a highly motivated second-year law student for a full-time summer internship in their Corporate Law Department, where responsibilities will include assisting with legal research and document review.

Assisting PACCAR’s legal team with document review and legal research on issues relevant to ongoing litigation and transactional matters

Assignments may involve the following areas: product liability, employment issues, non-disclosure agreements, and other contracts, franchise law, real estate, corporate finance, licensing renewals, and intellectual property
