Responsibilities
Support the design team in delivering finalized designs for web, native, and digital applications
Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives
Assist the lead designer in identifying human-centered pain points and opportunities
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements
Help deconstruct complex challenges into actionable design solutions
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Evaluate product performance after release and recommend enhancements based on user feedback
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design
Proven ability to create and deliver designs for web, native, and digital applications
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and applications
Strong collaboration and communication skills within team environments
Ability to manage individual responsibilities while meeting project deadlines
Figma
Sketch
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education)
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience designing prototypes and conducting usability testing
Portfolio showcasing previous UX work is strongly preferred
