Responsibilities
Implementing focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy checkpoints
Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
