Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate production‑grade ML systems for large‑scale Omnisourcing use cases (forecasting, item performance, supplier intelligence, decision automation)
Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Build and integrate LLM‑powered and RAG‑based applications to enable intelligent workflows and enterprise knowledge grounding
Architect scalable model‑serving solutions for real‑time and batch inference with strong SLIs/SLOs for latency, availability, and accuracy
Implement monitoring, observability, and automated evaluation to detect data drift, model degradation, and system anomalies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate ambiguous business needs into measurable ML solutions
Optimize models and pipelines for performance, cost, and reliability across cloud environments; support incidents and continuous improvement
Develop reusable ML frameworks and best practices to improve experimentation velocity, deployment consistency, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production
Strong proficiency in Java and Python with experience in ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar
Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and inference
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, or NLP systems
Experience with cloud ML platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML
Experience working with large-scale data systems including Kafka, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent
Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with model monitoring, observability, and MLOps best practices
Preferred
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distinguish model issues vs data or system issues
