Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Deliver on dealer technician growth goals leveraging the Technician Cap & Cap fundamental capability, as well as the Industry Tech Cap & Cap capability for P&E (EP, Marine, O&G)
Utilize the Technician Growth Initiative to enable dealers to Attract, Develop and Retain world class talent, including T4W, ThinkBIG, Cat Tech Academy, educational collaborators, WorldSkills, instructor development, Customer Campus, Recruitment & Retention workshops, and the GDTC
Develop training materials (WBT, ITTPs, Assessments, multimedia) to support technician development
Leverage the Learning Systems to drive technician development (DPC, Channel1, Marketplace)
Drive technician growth projects.to enable technician attraction, development and retention, including development of point of use materials to drive technician safety, quality, efficiency, and customer experience
Qualification
Required

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of 'big picture' thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs
