Responsibilities
Conduct field assessments and power system modeling (load flow studies)
Support grid modernization, infrastructure replacement, and resiliency programs
Scope capital projects (overhead/underground conductor replacements, programmable capacitor control, fuse upgrades)
Document and track projects using Project Initiation Forms (PIFs) and Master Distribution Interface (MDI)
Provide recommendations for system and process improvements
Assist with training and guidance on new tools and procedures
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of distribution grid, automated equipment, and telemetry systems
Ability to read electrical maps and schematics
Experience with CYME, DMS, EMS, Circuit Viewer, ADMS
Basic understanding of electric power flow
Data validation, troubleshooting, and equipment testing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Apps
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
