Responsibilities
Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program
Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices
Evaluates requests for proposals, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals
Develops estimating and pricing methods
Evaluates and develops business cases
Performs analysis and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
Develops and maintains pricing models
Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience in Estimating and Pricing
Experience working on government proposals, to include Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposals
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience coordinating with external customers and across multiple functions including Finance, Supplier Management, and technical disciplines
Experience demonstrating analytical or estimating capabilities
Experience with time management skills to meet tight schedules with first time quality
