Support loan officers in managing client relationships
Assist with the loan application process
Gather and organize loan documentation
Ensure efficient communication with clients and internal teams
Assist in loan underwriting preparation
Maintain up-to-date records to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
Qualification
Required
Experience in working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Understanding of loan Underwriting processes and procedures
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
A college degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous
