Responsibilities
Directly manage and develop an in-house Accounts Payable and purchasing team, including workload oversight and performance support
Lead and support the accounts payable and purchasing team to keep invoices, payments, and purchasing running smoothly
Manage vendor relationships, including setup, agreements, and day-to-day questions
Keep AP and purchasing processes organized, compliant, and practical
Improve workflows, automation, and controls to make things more efficient
Oversee approvals, coding, reconciliations, and reporting, and support month-end and audits
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of direct Accounts Payable management experience, including supervising AP staff in a corporate accounting environment
Strong hands-on AP background with a clear understanding of accounting fundamentals
Experience working in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and improve AP operations
Ability to work onsite and regularly commute to Torrance, CA
