The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for the installation preparation and Quality Control of interactive kiosks, ensuring proper hardware and software functionality, and troubleshooting issues during the commissioning process.

Responsibilities

Physically install and position interactive kiosks in the warehouse
Load, configure, and test kiosk software applications, ensuring proper functionality
Connect kiosks to the warehouse network (Wi-Fi/LAN) and configure settings for seamless integration
Perform system diagnostics, test interactive features, and ensure optimal performance
Identify and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues that arise during commissioning
Maintain logs of installations, issues, and resolutions for future reference
Follow warehouse safety protocols while handling electrical equipment and installations

Required

Experience in hardware installation
Experience in software configuration
Experience in network troubleshooting
Ability to lift and move tools and equipment
Assisting with receiving and shipping inventory
Performing standup and QC work for new inventory
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to juggle multiple, complex projects
Flexibility to collaborate and maintain a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to maintain organization during the installation process
Ability to follow warehouse safety protocols
Ability to travel throughout the country as projects demand
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Preferred

2 or 4-year degree
Minimum of 1-year professional experience in related field
Comfort and experience in trade work
Previous experience in warehouse technology installations
Experience with touchscreen interfaces and user experience optimization
